Helena Promoted to Head of Client Services

We are delighted to announce that Helena, previously Senior Account Manager, has been promoted to Head of Client Services as of 1st November.

Helena is now responsible for the delivery and overseeing of our key accounts, leading and mentoring the Account Management and Project Delivery teams, and driving organic and new business growth for chilliapple.

Since graduating in BSC Biology from Southampton University, Helena has gained extensive experience in managing ecommerce development projects as well as achieving search engine optimisation through online content authoring. She joined chilliapple in 2018 and has subsequently broadened her skills and knowledge in web and app development and has become a key trusted member of the team to deliver projects for our clients. After returning from maternity leave this year, Helena has continued to demonstrate her commitment to self-development.

On being appointed to this new role, Helena responded, “I am excited to take on this additional responsibility and look forward to continuing to satisfy our customers and to help chilliapple to win new clients.”
