Our Process
Our process included a thorough review of Quickvit’s site to identify areas for improvement, followed by a series of UI modifications, functional enhancements, and server migration. By focusing on both desktop and mobile versions, we ensured a smooth and seamless experience for all users, leading to increased customer satisfaction and sales.
Requirements
Quickvit were looking for a complete website revamp. Their online store was based on the Adobe Commerce platform and lacked several handy features. The website also suffered from spacing issues and did not offer a smooth shopping experience to the customers. In short, they needed multiple enhancements to improve buyer experience as well as a server migration. We recommended optimizing not just the desktop version of the site but also the mobile version.
Solutions
We improved banners, graphics, and logo alignment. We enhanced text and button displays to ensure consistent spacing and a better user experience. We modified the Customer Reviews section, fixed various product and checkout page errors, and optimized the speed of purchase. We tidied up footers, added Trustpilot reviews at checkout, and added social media links to the site as well as functionality to allow buyers to amend product quantities.
Results
Quickvit now has a smoother, easier online store whether their customers buy on desktop or on mobile. In addition, the site was migrated to a UK Fast server. The extra features, functionality and brand consistency increases brand trust and sales and optimization will increase natural search traffic. The new server means Quickvit is ready for future growth and has a robust online solution. Another happy customer.
