Phoenix Medical started as a supplier of Chinese medicine products in 2011 and has since evolved into a platform which works to advance natural medicine as a whole. The company not only manufactures, source and supply the highest quality products, but also invest into clinical research, development of new products and education.

Requirements
Phoenix Medical company was looking for a seamless Magento upgrade process that would boost business growth. Their online store was running on Magento 1 and suffered from poor performance. They wanted to leverage the modern-day capabilities of the online store with the Magento 2 latest version. This would ensure both greater security and performance for the online store. A chilliapple account manager and a team of Magento specialists designed a migration plan, ensuring there was no interruption to Phoenix Medical’s day-to-day business.
Solutions
We retained all existing functionality and fully migrated all product and category data and other site content, as well as customer and order data. Any site upgrade needs to be considered carefully because of the risk of a reduction in site speed and SEO performance. We ensured the migration of optimised content and quality checked for potential broken links and errors before the new site launch. We also delivered all the required changes and enhancements. We track site performance for 60 days and fix any bugs.
Results
