My journey into the digital realm began early, with a robust educational background encompassing Computer Science, IT, Finance, and Business. My early years were characterised by a blend of technological exploration and business acumen, setting the stage for my professional pursuits.
Having collaborated previously on impactful IT projects with industry leaders such as Dyson and DFDS Seaways, I've honed my ability to navigate complex technical projects and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
My tenure at a leading SaaS company further solidified my expertise, where I played a pivotal role in the development of their bespoke web platform and mobile app. From providing comprehensive feedback and onboarding customers, to rigorous testing, I contributed to refining products to meet the evolving needs of users.
Additionally, I successfully completed a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship, augmenting my technical prowess and customer support skills. Furthermore, I hold the CompTIA ITF+ certification, underscoring my proficiency in fundamental IT concepts.
At the age of 16, I had the privilege of undertaking work experience with my grandfather, who was a highly successful Project Manager for over 20 years. This experience cemented my interest in becoming a Project Manager and provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of project management.

Emily is Scrum certified and has a background delivering SaaS and eCommerce projects to a high standard. As Project Manager, Emily works closely with both the development team and the client to ensure the client’s needs are met.

Lauren is a Business Studies graduate and has a passion for developing and maintaining excellent client relationships with a true desire to deliver new and exciting customer propositions.

Tina has decades of experience in building brands in the competitive digital insurance arena both in the UK and overseas. She advises chilliapple on marketing, ecommerce and staff recruitment.

Jade is a member of the Account Management team. She works closely with the rest of the team to identify and deploy tailored solutions to meet the needs of each client. She has a passion for using technology to solve critical business issues.

Sophie is leading chilliapple’s commercial team and has 8 years’ experience in the world of tech and digital advertising, working for agencies focused on affiliate marketing and paid media and more recently within a tech start-up.
